1. Offered for sale as is, where is, with no guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied as to condition, utility, or usability.
2. Sale is final, No refunds, returns, exchanges, adjustments or repairs will be provided.

4. DWP reserves their right to refuse any and all bids.
5. Buyer was provided the opportunity to inspect the vehicle prior to bid.
6. Both parties agree to complete all required title transfer disclosures, documents and processes.
7. Payment will be rendered within 24 hours of notification of the bid award and before buyer takes possession or title is transferred.
8. Payment will be rendered in US Dollars via cash, certified funds or credit card (2% processing fee applies).
9. Buyer agrees to remove vehicle from DWP premises upon title transfer and pay all associated costs.
10. This vehicle will not pass smog. The catalytic converter is not properly operating. DWP has replaced three prior catalytic converters indicating significant mechanical problems.
